Age Concern’s Irchester 10K and 5K FUN RUN
is taking place on Sunday 7th September at Irchester Country Park, Wellingborough. Both the 10K and 5K will start at 11am.
“The running route will provide a nice scenic run and hopefully glorious weather. The run is suitable for those who are beginners and are just there for fun, right through to regular runners and even those with a competitive streak! This is the perfect opportunity to burn off those calories for that summer swim suit, and raise money at the same time. Colleagues, friends and family can relax at a popular local country park and support the efforts of those involved.
If you are interested in taking part please contact me on 01604 611219 for more information or an entry form. You can also enter on the day and at www.runnersworld.co.uk”
